Facing south and south-west, this property sleeps up to 9 people and has a large terrace with jacuzzi and views of the slopes and the Dome de la Sache massif. It is a perfect place for a superb stay with family or friends in the mountains.

- Bedroom 4: with 1 single bed, storage cupboard, reading light, velux window and shared bathroom*,
- Bedroom 5: with 2 twin beds, 2 coffee tables, TV, storage cupboard, reading lights, velux window and en-suite shower room (with shower, WC, heated towel rail, vanity unit and hairdryer).

*Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room (with shower, heated towel rail and vanity unit).

This 6-room duplex apartment is spread over 124.35m² and can accommodate up to 9 people.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall (with storage cupboard and washing machine), a pleasant lounge - dining room (with corner sofa, TV, coffee table, armchair, dining table and chairs for 9 people), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer section, oven, 4 induction hobs, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster with central island with storage cupboard and stools) and 2 bedrooms.
This level also offers a lovely terrace with Jacuzzi, deckchair, chair and bench.
The first floor, accessible via a staircase, contains the flat's 3 other bedrooms.
