This magnificent 13th century house is nestled in the middle of 100 hectares of Mediterranean pine forest at the foot of the Pyrenees. The place is absolutely grandiose and allows you to enjoy the immensity of the surrounding landscapes, from the neighboring forests to Canigou, at the top of the Pyrenees. The house will be open for rent from June 2021.
The 800 m2 property consists of 9 to 10 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 24 people (9 bedrooms and a loft for 6 children). It is furnished with character and the atmosphere is warm.
It is located 30 minutes from Perpignan.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom has quality bedding, linens for all seasons and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower fitted with a bench. Two of them also offer a bathtub. The larger rooms can accommodate an additional bed. The bathrooms each have their own unique character, ranging from a refined spa atmosphere to the rich colors of a Moroccan shower.

Indoors

The atmosphere of each room in the house is enhanced by the wood laid on the floor and the thick stone walls of the 13th century, restored and magnified.

Outdoors

The forest park is the ideal place for relaxation in a preserved environment offering magnificent views. You can enjoy the private swimming pool, a quiet walk in the
garden and admire the sunsets from the large terrace of 100 m2.
Whether you fancy a yoga session, a cooking class, a wine tasting, or an evening under the starry sky, everything will be done to make sure you have the best of times.

The swimming pool is rectangular with a flat bottom and with chlorine treatment. Its dimensions are 5m x 12m. Sal depth ranges from 60 cm (integrated children's beach) to 180 cm.

A pétanque area and a ping-pong table are available.

choose the type of stay you want to spend.
