Villa Nore offers an exceptional 360 degree view of the ramparts of the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, the Montagne Noire, the Pic de Nore and the vineyards. The property of more than 1 hectare offers a unique privacy and country setting for an unforgettable stay.

Indoors & outdoors

The house includes all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances, the huge central island allows to gather 12 people in comfortable armchairs. The sunny living room offers a beautiful view of the pool and the Pyrenees. In the basement you will find a TV room and a games room with table football, books and board games.

The house is situated on a hectare of land, with a playground for children, a petanque court, a heated outdoor swimming pool (9,5x4 m) and a jacuzzi. 
The pool is surrounded by sunbeds for sunbathing and the jacuzzi is heated to 36 degrees all year round so you can enjoy a relaxing moment in any season, all while enjoying the view of the ramparts. The pool is secured by an electric shutter. 

Thanks to the various terraces of the house and their outdoor sofas or dining tables, you will be able to enjoy the sweetness of life in the South of France. 

Note:
- The swimming pool is open from mid-April to the end of October.
- Air conditioning in the basement with year-round temperature control.
- Welcome gift (2 bottles of local wine).


Staff & Services

The rental of the house includes: beds made on arrival, sheets and household linen, pool or beach towels, maintenance of the garden and pool and cleaning at the end of your stay.
Additional services at an extra charge are also available such as a chef, airport transfer, daily cleaning, concierge service and others.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 3.73 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 75 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.

What a truly magical, unique venue. We booked this Villa for my Mum’s 70th so that all our family could be together for this special occasion. It certainly didn’t disappoint! The villa had everything we could possible need; pristine pool, expert coffee machine, beautiful decor, even ripe tomatoes we were encouraged to pick straight from the vegetable garden on-site. Carcassonne itself was so beautiful, lovely restaurants and delicious local boulangeries. I can’t praise Cédric enough for this wonderful holiday
house and I hope anyone who visits has as good a time as we did. Highly recommended! Thank you Cédric, the best place we’ve stayed by far.

Excellent location.
Outdoor space had different areas for group to spread out. Pool, table tennis and boules area were enjoyed by our group.

Kitchen was very well equipped.
Spacious bedrooms. Air conditioning efficient.
One guest commented that the towels weren’t very luxurious and another found the bed too soft (although personally I found my bed very comfortable)
Downstairs bedroom would have been better with an en suite toilet.

A beautiful and spacious place to stay in a great location, the house is equipped with everything you’ll need. The old city gets very busy, it’s great to have a short walk back to the house where it is very peaceful and you can have a dip in the pool to cool down! It’s unusual to find a house that accommodates a lot of people that actually has enough places to sit or sufficient crockery and glasses. However, at this house there is plenty of everything.

Peaceful hideaway with stunning view of the castle. Group of 8 had tons of room and everything we needed. Pool and aircon were lifesaving during the heat wave. House is well equipped and modern with lots of character. Can’t say enough about the views…. Walkable to dozens of restaurants. Just a lovely experience.

The house is absolutely beautiful with every amenity you could need! The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out if you're sharing with a big family! It is 10 minutes walk into the Medieval City which is fantastic with loads of shops and culture! Not too far to walk into the main city either.
Cédric is one of the most helpful and responsive hosts I have had the pleasure of communicating with. Nothing was too much or a problem. He (and his family) went above and beyond to make our stay as positive as possible.
The pictures absolutely don't do the villa justice, it is stunning and feels much bigger there! So much outdoor space, with a very clean pool and hot tub - gated for safety - and multiple sitting areas. We had an amazing week and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Stunning view. Gorgeous house and grounds. Cedric was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The children’s toys that they had selected were just wonderful. Can’t say enough about our stay there. Fantastic.

Tout est parfait. La maison est très agréable. La literie, le mobilier, l'électroménager haut de gamme rend le séjour facile pour les groupes. La vue imprenable sur la cité, les aménagements extérieurs, la proximité des commerces et des visites, la gentillesse des hôtes... rien ne manque pour passer un moment de détente exceptionnel.

Très bel endroit, très reposant, très bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la cité de Carcassonne.
Cédric est vraiment très accueillant, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise.
Le gite est décoré avec goût, le jardin avec ses différents espaces est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est superbe, le jaccuzi est magique...
