Indoors & outdoors

The house includes all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining room and the living room. The TV room will allow you to enjoy a good movie. The sleeping area has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The strong points of the house are its outdoor spaces, perfectly arranged to enjoy the sweetness of life in the south of France.
The villa is located in the heart of a park of more than 2000 m², without any opposite. Your children will be able to take advantage of this space to play on the swing or the tobbogan or to play ping-pong while you will be able to meet between adults around the barbecue or the ground of petanque.

The villa has two terraces, one to the south with a beautiful view of the park, the pool, the vineyards, the Pyrenees, the Montagne Noire and the Bastide of Carcassonne, and one to the north from which you can admire the view of the city while sharing an outdoor meal.

There is a swimming area next to the house where you can either cool off in the pool (11x4m) or relax in the jacuzzi which is heated to 36 degrees and has a beautiful view of the vineyards. The pool is heated and secured with a fence to ensure your peace of mind. The second jacuzzi is located in the garden and offers an exceptional view of the city walls.


Staff & Services

The rental of the house includes: beds made on arrival, sheets and household linen, pool or beach towels, maintenance of the garden and pool and cleaning at the end of your stay.

Additional services at an extra charge are also available such as a chef, airport transfer, daily cleaning, concierge service and others.


Location

The house is located 200 metres from the ramparts of the Cité de Carcassonne and close to the city centre. 
Carcassonne airport is only 6 km away.
