The ground floor opens onto a spacious lounge with cathedral ceiling, decorated with care and featuring a pool table. On one side, it faces the Luberon with direct access to the large south-facing terrace, while on the other, the large windows look out over the pretty courtyard. A second, more intimate lounge opens directly onto the pool area. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare sumptuous meals (including 2 very large Gaggenau ovens, a large combined induction and gas cooking zone, 2 dishwashers, a Kitchen Aid food processor...), and the adjacent dining room can comfortably accommodate a large number of guests. Both open onto the outdoor dining areas and stunning views. On the first floor, a television room with table football provides additional relaxation and access to further terraces with equally beautiful views. Two large fireplaces on the ground floor add charm and comfort in the cooler seasons.
Outdoors
The exterior is just as impressive. Several terraces invite you to contemplate, allowing you to enjoy commanding views over the Luberon and the surrounding area (gardens, olive groves, vines in the valley, woods...). By the pool, heated from May to September (13 x 5.5m - Depth: from around 1.1 to over 2.5m), you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the mulberry trees. A lower terrace for playing pétanque, a shaded pergola for meals and a large outdoor lounge for enjoying an aperitif complete the picture. At the end of the day, the sunset from the pool terrace is a sight not to be missed. You can also taste the property's virgin olive oil and, depending on the season, pick cherries, figs or enjoy fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden.
You can also take a walk along the private paths in the woods to the village of Lacoste.
