Located on a twenty-hectare (50-acre) estate, this set of three distinctively independent houses can accommodate up to 24 guests.
The three houses have been decorated in the same spirit of refinement; cozy bed linen, gleaming bathrooms, varnished terracotta tiles, classic taps, traditional period objects found around, embroidered linen, Provençal crockery, etc.

Bedrooms

Main house - First floor:
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed (160cm), television, private bathroom (bath, shower, basin and separate toilet). Please note that this room is completely separate from the others and that its access is via the staircase from the small living room on the ground floor
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed (160cm), TV, private bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) and direct access to the exterior.
Bedroom 3 - Master suite - king size bed (180cm), television, table and chairs, large private bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and separate toilet.
Bedroom 4 - Two single beds (90cm) connectable as a double bed (180cm), wardrobe, private bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 5 - Two single beds (90cm) connectable as a double bed (180cm), dressing room, private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Main house - Garden level:

Bedroom 7 - Main suite - king size bed (180cm), baby bed (on request), private bathroom (bath, shower, basin and toilet) and individual terrace.
Bedroom 8 - Two single beds (90cm) connectable as a double bed (180cm), television, dressing room, private bathroom (basin and shower), shared toilet.
Bedroom 9 - Two single beds (90cm) connectable as a double bed (180cm), baby bed (on request), private bathroom (basin and shower), shared toilet .

Third house - Ground floor:
Bedroom 10 - Two single beds (90cm) connectable as a double bed (180cm), private bathroom (basin, shower, bath), separate toilet accessible from the living room and direct access to the garden.

Third house - First floor:
Bedroom 11 - King size bed (180cm), private bathroom (bath, shower and basin). Separate shared toilet.
Bedroom 12 - King size bed (180cm), private bathroom (shower and sink). Separate shared toilet.

Indoors

Main house:

The main house accommodates 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall opens onto a large living room with TV, sofas, fireplace and dining area equipped with a large table (22 place settings).
Adjacent to this large living space, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with piano, refrigerator, etc.
A second access to a large entrance gives access to a small living room as well as a cellar and toilet. The pantry is also accessible from the kitchen. The annex entrance can accommodate an extra bed.

Upstairs are 5 double bedrooms, organized into suites, each with its own private bathroom. The sixth bedroom is on the mezzanine and is accessible by a staircase from the small living room on the ground floor; the 5 others have their access by the covered external passageway.

Second house:

This second building has independent access; detached from the main body, they are separated only by a small courtyard. Accommodating 6 people, an additional bed and two children's beds can be installed on request.

On the ground floor, the entrance with toilet opens onto a living space with fireplace, television, living room with sofa and armchair and dining room for 12 people; a small living room is also available and accommodates the additional bed if necessary.
The fitted kitchen with its large oven communicates with the living space.

The entrance staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms. The master suite has its own bathroom and a private terrace; the second bedroom has a dressing room and an individual bathroom, the third bedroom has its own bathroom.
A amenity toilet is located on the landing.

Third house:

This third living area is certainly the smallest in the area, but it is adorned with warmth and softness and can accommodate 6 people.
Access to the ground floor is directly from the living room. The living room has a fireplace, a sofa and a TV and communicates with the equipped kitchen. The amenity toilets are also directly accessible.
On the left is the first double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
The access staircase to the first floor leads to 2 double bedrooms organized in suites as well as to the toilet on the landing.

At your disposal: Board games, books, tourist guides, DVD available in the houses, ADSL and internet connection, Telephone available (communication to be paid in addition), Fax on request, Plasma TV in each house, DVD player, mini stereo system.

Outdoors

The perfectly maintained gardens are an invitation to take a stroll.
Two heated swimming pools, two pétanque grounds, a tennis court and twenty hectares of land are at your disposal.
A gas barbecue and garden furniture make it possible to dine outside or simply relax there.
The entrance to the estate is organized around a car park, a large courtyard and a large covered space with fireplace that can accommodate up to 50 people for all occasions (weddings, seminars, etc.). The house of the manager is attached to it.

Location

- The estate is about an hour and a half from Aix-en-Provence and Avignon.
- The nearest village is Viens, located 5km away, which has a mini-market and two restaurants.
- Banon, a village made famous for its goat cheese coated with chestnut leaves bound by raffia, is located 18km away.
- Every Saturday morning the big market takes place in Apt, a charming little town with shops and supermarkets 24km away. Located about twenty-five minutes by car.
- The most famous villages of the Luberon are easily accessible by car (between 40 and 50 minutes by car): Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes, ...

Notes

- The swimming pools are heated between May 15 and September 28, they can be heated outside these periods for an additional charge to be determined according to the period.
- Attention: The main house and its annexes have many stairs. They are ill-suited for the elderly and young children.
