Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom outside the room, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also closet.

Room 2
Room, direct access to the garden, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom shared, with walk-in shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also closet.

Room 3
Room, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom shared, with walk-in shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also closet.


Indoors 

The villa's living and dining rooms are separated by a large stone fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. Numerous windows and French doors provide uninterrupted views of the stone terraces and lush gardens.

Outdoors 

The exterior of the house includes a swimming pool (approx. 6mx3.5m, depth approx. 1.2m-2.7m) surrounded by sun loungers, a south-facing terrace and a natural garden with a stone fountain. The property's extensive grounds offer superb views of the Luberon mountains and are perfect for walking and relaxing in the fresh air.

Nestled in the heart of the Luberon, Villa Billy is close to charming villages, Provençal markets, vineyards and historic sites. The picturesque villages of Bonnieux, Ménerbes and Gordes, as well as the cities of Avignon and Aix-en-Provence, are all within easy driving distance, offering travellers plenty of opportunities for exploration and discovery.
