This 100 m² house includes a pleasant dining-living-kitchen area of 52 m².
You will also find a bathroom (with a large Italian shower), 3 bedrooms (each with access to the outside) and an interior patio with trees that invites you to rest. 
Thanks to the bay windows, you can easily access the outside terraces overlooking the garden.


Outdoors​ 

You can enjoy the wooden terraces (60m²), the 900m² enclosed landscaped garden and the small wood (located at the bottom of the garden).
The property also has 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.


Staff & Services

The price includes full cleaning at the end of your stay and tourist tax.
The amount will be higher in case of rental with pets.


Location

The villa is located in Les Mathes less than 5 minutes drive from the beaches of La Palmyre (20 minutes by bike via the cycle tracks through the forest).
You will also be 20 minutes from the island of Oleron, Saint Palais and Vaux sur Mer.
Nearby, you can discover the pretty little villages of Talmon and Mornac sur Seudre.
In the surrounding area, you will find : more than 40km of tarmac cycle paths (mountain bike and VTC circuits criss-cross the forest in complete safety, from Saint Palais sur Mer to La Tremblade), facilities/infrastructure less than 300m away (cinema, skate park, multi-purpose basketball and football pitch, tennis courts and a children's square), shops and a seasonal market at 400m, as well as a variety of activities less than 5 minutes away by car (horse riding, racecourse with races in season, buggy, quad, funfair, La Palmyre zoo. ..).
