The modern and warm 150m2 house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The layout of the house can welcome easily up to 12 persons. The large living room and dining room in the ground floor are ideal for convivial moments. An equipped kitchen with a central island and bar stools is also situated in the ground floor, with 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom on the terrace side with its private bathroom, a triple bedroom on the terrace side as well and a bedroom with 2 single beds on the garden side. The first floor has a double bedroom on the garden side with its private bathroom and a bedroom on the terrace side with 1 double bed and another bed of 1.5 places.

Outdoors

In the middle of 1300m2 of wooded land, the two exteriors offer the freedom to enjoy the swimming pool and sunny afternoons on the Terrace Side, while the Garden Side allows you to find peace in a green setting. The house is located in Lège Cap Ferret, 10 minutes by car from the surf spot of Grand Crohot beach, 15 minutes from Truc Vert beach and 5 minutes from Arcachon basin. You will feel at home in this quiet house close to the ocean.
