Indoors

The living space is structured over two very distinct floors. The sliding bay windows allow natural light all day long that makes the living areas bright. Moreover, directly from the bedrooms you can enjoy panoramic view over the sea. 
The inside of the villa has a clever combination of architecture and amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living spaces with stylish and practical Corian work surfaces. You access the double/twin bedroom ensuite of the ground floor via the kitchen but it is separated by a stylish glass wall partitions.
A characteristic Cimentogonia staircase leads you to the first floor with the master bedroom having a private balcony and offering a view over the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. This bedroom is ensuite as well with a bathtub.

Facing north east, the villa is set in rural hillside surroundings 3km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1km from the closest beach, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.
