Villa Enata is set amidst a gorgeous estate, surrounded by verdant hills peppered with cypress trees, pine trees and a century old olive grove. This luxurious three bedroom residence is situated right above Balos cove, offering superb views of the Ionian expanse and the neighbouring islets of Mogonisi and Antipaxoi. The flower filled garden gives way to a beautiful terrace with an attractive swimming pool and numerous sitting and dining areas. A cluster of interconnected blocks with terracotta rooftops, the house is built in various levels. This allows for every room to have access to large, different-leveled terraces that offer eye-catching views of the landscape.
In the same spirit, the living areas of the house are designed to convey a sense of infinite openness. The living room is bright and airy, pierced by large openings that make it seem like an extension of the exterior, part of the natural setting, yet safe from it. The nautical-themed decoration is accentuated by the soothing palette, with earth tones blending seamlessly with the colours of sea and sky. Island-style furnishings are highlighted by casually arranged artifacts, all in the tones of beige and light blue. The fully equipped country-style kitchen features a generous dining table, ideal for casual dinners with family and friends. Carefully furnished and upholstered to convey a sense of comfort, the bedrooms are designed in the same concept. The theme here too is nautical, with light blue and whites creating an ultimately relaxing atmosphere, while large windows allow direct access to terraces and enhance the feeling of living outdoors.

Pas de climatisation au rdc mais sinon cela obligerait à vivre les fenêtres fermées. Pas si gênant que cela.
