Indoors

The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, office,sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a guestroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom.

In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea.

The upper floor consists of five guest rooms, one with fire place. The three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout.

All bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese

The villa features a very large swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi

Location

Villa Serene is located to the south of Zakynthos with a view of the sea and Marathonisi Island. The villa’s fabulous location offers the best of both worlds, blending secluded privacy with convenience. The nearest beach is just 200m away on foot, while Laganas beach is 11km to the north. The island’s capital (also named Zakynthos), is 18km away. Villa Serene is 17km from Zakynthos Airport, and 18km from Zakynthos’ Main Port.

The gorgeous island of Zakynthos is the third largest of the group of Ioanian islands. Often referred to as Zante, Zakynthos is located south of Kefalonia. Zakynthos has stunning natural scenery with beautiful caves and beaches, as well as pretty traditional villages. Famous beaches on the island include Navagio beach, with its iconic shipwrecked boat lying on the sand, and the expansive Laganas beach, breeding ground of the rare Caretta-Caretta loggerhead sea turtle.
