Villa Rafina, of 510 square metres, is built on a 4,900 square metre plot, surrounded by the serene environment of the beautiful Cycladic stonework. It is spacious enough to accommodate up to 16 guests.
Villa Rafina is a residence located in the Houlakia area. Situated 7 minutes away from Mykonos town and 5 minutes from Stefano Beach, it also offers a lovely view of the unique pebbly beach and the islands of Delos and Syros. Indeed, the villa offers a spectacular view of the island of Delos, the biggest archaelogical site in Europe and birthplace of Apollo, the God of Light.
Guaranteeing a stay of relaxation and privacy, the villa’s design gives you a spectacular view of the sea through every outdoor sitting and dining area. It is also perfect for jogging and hiking.
Despite the isolation of the villa, you will always be near the excitement of the island’s nightlife. The villa is a short car ride distance from the main village, Chora.
Outside, a swimming pool is available for the villa’s guests’ enjoyment, giving them a lovely view of the sunset, and you will find in the outdoor space, a dining area, sun beds, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue.
The villa is also divided on two levels: on the upper ground, you will find three bedrooms with three bathrooms, two of them ensuite. This level also consists of a spacious living room, an open plan kitchen and a dining area.
Indoors
The lower level is composed of four bedrooms and one guest house, all of them equipped with their own ensuite bathrooms and three of them benefitting from a stunning view of the sea. This level is also equipped with a considerable gym, a massage/hammam area, an extra bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an office space serving the lower ground level.
You will also find amongst the villa’s facilities amenities that will make your stay more agreeable, such as two private pools, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, WiFi, Satellite TV and an airplay outdoor sound system.
The ground floor, on the pool level, has a spacious sitting area with a TV and blu ray player, and a fireplace. The dining area, which can accommodate up to twelve guests, is situated near the fully equipped kitchen with a food preparation unit and three stools. You can enjoy a stunning view of the sea through both the sitting area and the dining room.
Located on this floor, you can also find three additional bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed and its ensuite bathroom with access to the Jacuzzi and the outdoor sitting areas; a twin bedroom equipped with two single beds, which can be turned into a double bed, overlooking the sea and giving access to the pool; and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
On the lower ground level is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining/office area with accommodation for up to six persons, a spacious and fully equipped gym and a massage/hamman room. Three double bedrooms with king size beds are also available on this level, all benefitting from their own ensuite bathrooms and offering a stunning view of the sea and direct access to the lower level pool. There is also an additional double bedroom with a king size bed and its ensuite bathroom and skylight.
Outdoors
The outdoor area will lead you to the infinity pool on the ground level with al fresco shower, and a smaller one situated on the lower ground level, both equipped with sun beds on their decks and offering a beautiful view of the sea.
You will also find in this area, a Jacuzzi with a resting area, a shaded dining area with accommodation for up to ten persons, two sitting areas, the first one being shaded and the second one being open air. All the cited areas guarantee a stunning sea view.
There are 2 swimming pools: 1 infinity and one, in the lower level, especially for children.
The villa also includes an outdoor parking space for more than four cars.
Staff and services
Concerning the included services, the daily cleaning is included, the towel laundry daily services, and the linen laundry service taking place every three days too. The breakfast and the 2 x 20 minute massages every day, are included in the service as well. Concierge will also be at your disposal 24 hours a day/7 days a week should any need arise and we will be at your service to arrange any desire and wishes you might have during your stay.
However, the chef services, transfers, trips to Delos, bookings of vehicles, organisation of parties, all our spa/ wellness massages etc. and all other activities that you would wish to pursue on the island are excluded from the complimentary service and will be of an extra charge.
