Room 3 - Main house - 3 :
Room, Ground level, view of the sea. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - Guest Suite - 1 :
Room, view of the sea, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5 - Guest Suite - 2 :

Indoors 

Both elegant and comfortable, the interior spaces brilliantly combine traditional cementigonia with bleached wood elements and stone or white surfaces, hosting state-of-the-art technology for ultimate comfort.
You'll find three first bedrooms in the main house, plus two further guest suites with separate entrances.


Outdoors 

The exterior extends to the front of the property, with a 20m T-shaped infinity pool (which can be heated) offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea, spacious pergolas covering the outdoor living and dining areas, and a wood-fired barbecue for convivial moments.

The prices include a daily maid service (6 hours per day - live-in staff), daily change of bath & pool towels, change of linen twice per week and a Premium Package that comprises :
