Note : 2 bedrooms are more suitable for children due to the lower roof.

These bioclimatic villas are built from the local stones and rocks of Paros, within a 5 acre virgin land, combining tradition with modern high end architecture, in all in- and outdoor areas. All open spaces are built with natural materials, providing privacy, tranquility and elegance. Here you can disconnect, feel the sounds of salty Cycladic wind and appreciate the surrounding wild nature and the majestic sea.

Each villa comprises a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen and beautiful bedrooms.
There is 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total.


Outdoors

You will enjoy the charming private outdoor areas (each villa : 2.000 sqm) with 2 BBQ, 2 outdoor sofas, 18 sunbeds and outdoor dining furniture (2 tables with in total 20 chears).
You can also relax by the two private eco pools (5 x 12 m - Depth: 0.8 to 1.5 m) and share moments of relaxation and pleasure. 


Staff & Services

The price includes daily maid service, a change of pool towels every 2 days, and a change of linen every 3 days.
For stays between June and September, the price includes the preparation of one meal per week by a chef.
The villa offers you the possibility of booking various services/activities : Car, Motorboat, sail boat, surf board, windsurf...

The property is located in Paros, a breath away from the unique beach «Chrysi Akti» (Golden Beach), with its crystal-clear waters of the Aegean sea and the bright light of the blue Parian sky.

- Access to the nearby hotel complex :you can use the sunbeds of the blue beach club with reservation , 100 Euro per set (1 umbrella + 2 beds) in combination with a table reservation with min, consumption of 40 Euro pP.
