Bedrooms

Designed for ultra comfort, the beautifully appointed bedrooms have stunning ocean or pool views and private verandas. All rooms feature “Hypnos” and “Cocomat” beds, making your nights like sleeping in the clouds.

Glound floor
A few steps up from the main living area and you enter the majestic master suite, consisting of a king-size bed, an open-plan office space, a delightful walk-in dressing area and a superb bathroom. The icing on the cake is its private veranda with boundless ocean views, making this bedroom simply irresistible.

A few steps down from the main living area, four more bedrooms and three bathrooms have been designed with style and comfort as the primary target. The path starts with a guest bathroom, situated next to a single ensuite bedroom, which can be used as a children, nanny room or staff room. Next, two elegant double bedrooms with ultra comfortable single beds, which share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a dazzling outdoor lounge space. At the end of the hallway, we are welcomed by a cozy and inviting ensuite double bedroom with a spectacular shaded private veranda.

Lower floor
One double, one single bedroom and a comfy bathroom, can be used either for children or for in-house staff.

Guest house
A generous double bedroom, a compact single bedroom, an adorable bathroom and a seating area with charming furnishings.

Ground level
The ground level is dominated by a sizeable open space dining and living area with spectacular views and a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art technology.

Lower level
With easy access just a few steps down from the main bedrooms area, you will find a cushy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This separate space with one double, one single bedroom and a comfy bathroom, can be used either for children or for in-house staff.

Guest house
Completely isolated from the rest of the villa, with its own secluded entrance, the stunning guest house serves its purpose by providing lush living in total privacy. It features a generous double bedroom, a compact single bedroom, an adorable bathroom and a seating area with charming furnishings. A secluded refreshing veranda completes the autonomous and exclusive character of the guest house.

If you haven’t experienced swimming in a zero-edge pool, then prepare yourself for a one of a kind experience. Built on a gentle slope with sensational views, this 100m2 infinity pool is the definition of bliss.

Multiple Lounge Areas
With more than ten outdoor spots for stylish dining and tranquil lounging, there is a magic corner for everyone here. Add to that, the outstanding views and luscious amenities so you’ll never want to say goodbye.

Private Sea Access
For the wild at heart, there is a private path leading down to the waterfront, in a rocky majestic scenery for witnessing unprocessed nature. Dive in the crystal clear blue waters and indulge in freshness and happiness.

Panoramic Views
Breathtaking open-plan verandas ensure that you get a bird’s eye view of southern Syros. It feels like the world is on pause as you witness the endless ocean and miraculous full moon risings from your own private paradise.


Service and staff

The prices include : daily cleaning and laundry, linen change every third day, services of 4-5 persons staff, all the island transfers with villas mini vans and cars, breakfast and one meal every day (lunch or dinner), open bar (free drinks like wines, beers, soft drinks, coffees, cocktails, alcohol drinks - except special labels orders), free use of the gym and the 2 jacuzzi (7seats), 2 days boat excursions (one day to the island’s beaches for picnic swimming and snorkelling - second day to a nearby island like Delos Rinia Antiparos or Tinos Sifnos Paros Mykonos Kythnos for exploring swimming eating to beach restaurants or whatever clients want), 1 day BBQ and Greek night with local music and Greek dance lessons and then a party, one or two celebration cake for any reason or event they want or just for fun and holidays.
