The villa is surrounded by a magnificent and unique garden that includes many lovely local trees and flowers and an organic vegetable garden which produces seasonal vegetables and fruits that are used for the meals that are prepared by the cook.
The small village of Alyki has a wonderful assortment of local seaside taverns, restaurants and local shops and is only a couple of kilometres away.
The villa has a lot of character. The owner has added her personal touch to everything, from the careful selection of the pastel flooring, ceilings and bathrooms, to the vintage furniture that decorates the large spaces in a chic island way, creating a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. If relaxing in quiet and elegant surroundings right next to the sea is your dream vacation, then this is the ideal villa for you, whether you are with family or a group of friends.

Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 % - 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email - Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time - For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Spacieuse, bien orientée, une superbe terrasse ombragée pour les repas, un personnel disponible et aux « petits soins », un très bon cuisinier (repas un peu trop copieux pour nous surtout au début !), une piscine idéale pour les enfants... Que du bonheur !
Villanovo a été très professionnel et réactif, un service de conciergerie qui a totalement répondu à nos demandes : transfert, location de voiture et bateau...
Un petit peu loin à pied du centre village et de la plage (galets plus que sable)
Manque un micro-onde pour réchauffer les repas de bébés
