Indoors 

The interior captivates with its brightness, warm atmosphere and vibrant décor. The lounge areas and dining area open onto the outside. The kitchen is well equipped.


Outdoors 

All around the villa, the outdoor areas are designed for pleasure and relaxation: swimming pool (14 x 5m - depth: 2 to 3.5m), terraces covering over 1,000 m² furnished with garden furniture and a dining area, barbecue*, bread oven and outdoor bar. The garden celebrates Mediterranean diversity with over 200 species of plants. The ever-present sea can be admired at any moment, and the nearby cove, accessible on foot, adds to the magic of the place. A pétanque court is also available.

* Barbecues are prohibited in summer.


Staff & Services

The house benefits from the services of a cleaner (between 3 and 4 hours per day, 6 days a week).
A pool maintenance technician visits 2 to 3 times a week.

Set on a large 3,500 m² plot, the property enjoys an exceptional location: just 200 metres from the sea as the crow flies, with direct access to a secluded cove and coastal paths.
