In summary
This villa is composed of 3 different houses all connected together, offering privacy between each other. There are two main houses of 50 sqm and a smaller one of 30 sqm.
All 630 sqm floor surface (inside and outside) is covered by marble.

Indoors
Each of the main houses has an independent access and includes a double bedroom, a children’s double bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with access to a veranda covered with a pergola.
The guest house is next to the swimming pool and is composed of a large double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom.
All modern amenities such as wifi internet, smart TV with cable channels, electrical appliances are available in each house and the furniture is from art group in Paros.
Outdoors
The outside space where the two houses and the guest house meet has 500 sqm and is surrounded by olive trees and a vineyard. There is a large lounge area in front of the 12 x 5 meters swimming pool and a dining table ideal for the whole group where guests can confortably relax and spend time. Offering a sun terrace with sunbeds, a cozy lounge sitting area and a dining table, this space is the ideal meeting point during the day and night.
Each house has parking space available just outside.
Staff & Services
Cleaning once per week is offered with no extra cost. The house has a permanent person throughout the year who takes cares of the house, the garden and the pool and a cleaner that guarantees everything is in perfect condition.
Location
The villa is located in an area between three villages : Prodromos, Marmara and Marpissa in the southeast of Paros' island and nearest beach are Piso Livadi (3km), Molos and Kalogeros (3.5km for both).
Villa Gaya is closed to all amenities of the city while at the same time been in area that offers privacy.
