This gorgeous estate features a beautiful lawn garden with a seafront swimming pool, just in front of a secluded pebble beach.
The covered verandah has a generous dining area and a comfortable lounge that sits a large number of guests.
Surrounded by colourful flowers, the terrace is an ideal hideaway from the sun and the perfect spot to enjoy fabulous sea views. At night, the twinkling lights of Spetses, so clearly visible from the villa, are a wonderful scenery to compliment the undeniable pleasure of a relaxed drink. The villa has been built as two houses on top of each other, each with four bedrooms and spacious living areas.
The large and infinitely spacious interior is decorated in earth tones inspired by its natural setting, aiming to create a setting of sophisticated luxury. The wooden ceilings are complimented by terracotta tiles to infuse a colonial atmosphere.
The artifacts and antiques woven into the decoration have been carefully handpicked by the owners.
Each room has its own character and is decorated with pieces from a unique collection of antique mirrors and lamps. This luxurious villa is an ideal getaway for large groups or families and has something for everyone: the property offers tranquillity and seclusion, while the cosmopolitan island of Spetses is only five minutes by boat.
