Villa Elaia II is a 4-bedroom architect-designed villa built in an olive grove and located in the area of Kechria on the island of Skiathos, Greece. Its magnificent infinity pool and incredible sea view will seduce you. 
There are also two other villas in the olive grove. The houses have all been built to ensure the privacy of the guests.

Room 1 - Master :
Room, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace, Sea ​and pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table, hair dryer.

Room 2 - Master :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also hair dryer.

Room 3 - Junior :
Room. This bedroom has 2 single beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also hair dryer.

Room 4 - Junior :
Room. This bedroom has 2 single bed configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also hair dryer.


Indoors

Everything has been designed so that you can make the most of the superb views and interior spaces. The living spaces are bright, the kitchen is open to the living room which has large sliding windows and comfortable sofas.
Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer you the space to relax. 

Convenient storage space and a laundry room make it easy to keep everything organized.


Outdoors

The house consists of several pavilions connected by covered terraces. An outdoor dining area with a barbecue offers you the opportunity to enjoy the warm summer evenings and share a meal with family and friends.

The infinity pool and its deckchairs are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing while admiring the view of the sea and the surrounding nature. 

The villa has a private parking space.


Staff & Services


The rental of the house includes the services of a housekeeper and a change of towels every two days. A concierge service and a change of bed linen (once a week) are also included in the rental price.


Location

Villa Elaia II is located in the area of Kechria, 20 minutes drive from Skiathos town and 25 minutes from the airport. 
The rental of a 4X4 is recommended for easy access to the house.
