Note : one bedroom has also a private access to the shortcut to the town.


Indoors 

This property, spread over 3 floors, offers a large living area which opens onto an adjacent terrace and provides a sofa bed for an additional person. On the same floor is a fully-equipped kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), plus a dining area. The house also provides Wi-Fi internet, DVD, CD player and playstation.
There are five air conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms which are all carefully decorated to reflect the elegance of the villa. Three bedrooms boast stunning sea views and another one offers a private access and the shortcut down to the town. 


Outdoors​ 

You will be charmed by the exteriors of this villa, with its garden and terrace (with a sitting area) from which you can see a breathtaking panorama.
You will enjoy the private pool (25m²), the large solarium surrounded by the beautiful garden and the dining area (with a large table and gazebo alongside the fountain). 
The property features a direct access to the town (via 50 steps from the terrace) to make accessing the entertainment of Positano easy and effortless.
It  also has outside parking, a rarity for the homes in Positano.


Staff & Services

The price includes a daily housekeeping (5 hours a day except on Sunday), pool and garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional housekeeping, baby equipment, chef services, grocery delivery, airport transfers, babysitting...


Location

Villa Gioiello is located in Positano near the major tourist destinations in the area such as : Sorrento, Capri, the Vesuvius National Park, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Oplontis (Torre Annunziata). The Amalfi coast is a place to feel chic and yet a perfect place to relax, unparalleled in its beauty and views of the Mediterranean
The house is easily accessible from the main road (ten steps) and is only steps away (approx. 50 steps) from the city centre.
The nearby Fornillo beach is a short drive away (approx. 1.5km) and several restaurants and a supermarket are are within a 5-minute walk.
The villa is also 16 km from Amalfi, 18 km from Furore, 23 km from Ravello and 37 km from Pompeii (with its world famous archaeological site).
Naples international airport is about an hour’s drive away. There are also frequent boats from Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi running to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.
