Villa Constantine is a splendid and luminous three-story historical villa located on a hill, facing the sea, for eight people. The Villa is about 500 square meters, and has a private pool, wooden sauna, spacious private terraces with sea views, a private garden, air conditioning, heating and WI-FI Internet access.
It is a luxurious historic home completely overlooking the sea and the amazing wonders that are the background to the small village of Praiano heart of the Amalfi Coast.
Located between lemons, olive trees surrounded by the Mediterranean, the villa has a spectacular view suspended between sky and sea and overlooks a wonderful country, Praiano, in front of one of the most beautiful views in the world: the island of Capri, the Faraglioni, the Sorrento Peninsula, Positano, and the Li Galli Archipelago (already owned by Nureiev as well as the Island of the Sirens in the Odyssey of Ulysses).

Indoors

The ground floor offers the first of several living rooms with high vaulted ceilings and is paved with original handmade terra-cotta tiles. The furnishings are classic, comfortable and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. There is a large, elegant stone fireplace for decorative purposes only, air-conditioned.
In the living room you will find anche a professional equipped kitchenette, with a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, coffee-maker, ice-maker, kettle, a toaster and other small appliances, air-conditioned.

The dining table can accommodate 10 guests comfortably. From the living room you can access the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a glass door. The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the Li Galli islands. It is equipped with an air-conditioning and a half-bath. You can access the second living room from the first living room through an archway.

The furnishings are elegant, refined, some antique pieces, and includes two long sofas and an armchair. The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the Li Galli islands. It is equipped with an air-conditioning / heating unit.

You can access the mezzanine level from the second living room climbing 13 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed queen-size, and a single bed. The ceiling is high and vaulted. From the mezzanine level you can enter the swimming pool area with a view of the sea and of the coastline through its glass door.

From the second living room going down eight steps. Here you will find a sauna and a full bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and an enclosed shower. From the second living room you find on request a room massage.

The First Floor access the second bedroom from the corridor to find a single bed and two arched windows opening into the first living room. This bedroom Has a small en-suite bathroom, with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. There is a small furnished garden on this level.

The Second Floor is where we find the third and fourth bedrooms one double and one twin. Enter the third bedroom with high, vaulted ceilings from the hallway to find a king size bed. The furnishings include an armchair and a desk, a satellite television and an air-conditioning. Large panoramic window for indoor viewing of the coastline or you can go through the glass doors to access to terrace and breathe in the sea air before you while the salty wind blows through your hair.

The fourth bedroom Has Two twin beds, That can be pushed together to form a king bed upon request - air conditioned. The size and features are similar to the third bedroom. These two rooms share a large bathroom tiled with shiny handmade mosaico tiles and is equipped with 2 washbasin, separately, toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub, bath as air-conditioned. You can access the bathroom from the corridor.

The laundry room is accessible from the living room first. Here you will find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.


Outdoors

The house was built on multiple levels creating a multitude of gorgeous terraces. The first terrace is 20 sqm. Accessible from the first living room through an arched glass door. It is equipped with tables and chairs. The second and third terraces are on the second floor of the villa, they are 40 square meters each, partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and lemon trees. They are equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower as well as wooden benches. Here you will find a anche brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven and 2 sun beds.

From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, of Praiano and the Amalfi coast and of the small Li Galli islands in the distance.

The fourth terrace is 50 sqm Accessible from the third and fourth bedrooms. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and Has built in benches in neapolitan 700’ maioliche, as well as tables, chairs and deck chairs.

The fifth terrace/solarium 15 sq. whit glass wall, is equipped with 2 sun beds and outdoor seating area.

The swimming pool is 2.5 m x 7 m and from 20 cm to 1.6 meters deep with a whirlpool corner is present. The swimming pool area is equipped with table, chairs, sun bed and a couple of deck chairs. You have a wonderful sea view from here with the Li Galli islands in the distance. The pool is open from May to end of October.

Free Parking for 2 medium size cars on the main entrance of the villa.

Praiano is a beautiful small town on the coast of Amalfi that boasts the privilege of being located in a unique corner for the incomparable views of the coast and the sea, from the Villa you can witness some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

The villa is in a perfect location to explore the Amalfi Coast area: 6.5 km to Positano, 8 km to Amalfi, Pompei 30 km, Naples Airport 60 km, Capri 45 minute by boat.

The villa is located just a few minute to restaurants, bars, pharmacy and groceries. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (Kasai), a grocery store at 300 meters, (with free delivery service) the stop for the bus a few meters away and the closest beach ("la Gavitella") at 800 mt. including 300 stairway steps, or "Marina di Praia" beach at 5 minute by car.
