Contemporary, high class vacation in South Tyrol: The villas are a pair of holiday homes, set in the marvellous surroundings of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amidst a beautiful scenery of apple trees, just outside the city of Bolzano. They were designed by architect Peter Pichler. The villa offer a unique chance to spend a beautiful vacation surrounded by contemporary architecture of the highest standards and the most astonishing Landscape and beauty nature has to offer.
Indoors
The 2 joined vacation homes are oriented towards east with each a private garden and an autonomous access and parking for the guests.
Each unit contains a kitchen / living room as well as a bath and bedroom with big skylights that open to allow natural light and ventilation. A small basement serves for temporary storage.
Each house accommodates ideally 2 persons and up to a maximum of 4 persons and has:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 living room with 1 double couch bed
- 1 bathroom
- Storage for sport equipment
Outdoors
There is a spacious terrace + a private garden and in the summer months a shared garden with a communal swimming pool for both houses and a self service pool bar.
Under the houses there is also a common deposit for sports equipment or other.

The villas are set in the marvellous surroundings of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amidst a beautiful scenery of apple trees just outside the city of Bolzano.
Notes
- For more than 2 persons 50€ extra / night per person. For 4 adults we recommend booking villa North and villa South
- During the summer season (June 1 - September 30) they also include the use of the big garden and the swimming pool.
- Free parking.
- Baby cot (years 0-2,99) : starting from 25 euro/night.
- Extra child (3-11,99 years): 35 euro/night.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam - Children welcome - No safety fence around the pool - Pets not allowed - Pool has no swimming guard - Language spoken by staff : English - Italian - Check-in : 14:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h - A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.00 EUR per guest per night - Amount of security deposit : 300.00 EUR - Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 % - 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email - Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time - For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
