Bedrooms

Room 1 - Magnolia :
Room, 2nd floor, lake view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also minibar.

Room 2 - Gardenia :
Room, 2nd floor, lake view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also minibar.

Room 3 - Ninfea :
Room, 2nd floor, lake view. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also minibar, private balcony.

Room 4 - Peonia :
Room, 2nd floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also minibar.

Room 5 - Camelia :
Room, 2nd floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also minibar.

Bedroom 6 is available on request for an extra charge. It is on the living floor, converting the TV relax room in a sofa double bedroom and using the adjacent bathroom (with shower and wardrobe) of the living area.


Indoors

Very spacious, bright and elegantly decorated, Villa Emilia offers its guests a soothing and relaxing atmosphere ideal for those who want to relax.
In the villa you will find several living spaces: the fully equipped professional kitchen, the dining room and its superb wooden round table for up to 13 people overlooking the lake, as well as a large living room with several comfortable sofas. Two other smaller lounges have a TV.
You will also find the lobby, very elegant, with its seating area in front of the fireplace, and its piano; and finally, the relaxation and well-being area with Jacuzzi, steam room and fitness equipments.


Outdoors

Superbly maintained, the exteriors of Villa Emilia are beautiful.
The freshly mowed green lawn, the warmth of the sun, the lake view, and the large private pool are the perfect combination for a delicious moment of relaxation.
The various terraces offer great views, an outdoor dining area and some sofas for those who prefer to relax in the shade.


Notes 

- The tourist tax must be payed in cash upon arrival. (Free for children under 7 years old).
- All extra services must be payed in cash during the check-out. Extra Services upon request must be reserved before arrival.
- No external provider can access the property without the owner's approval.
- By departure no dirty dishes, and normal cleaning condition of the kitchen are requested otherwise the villa will charge an extra fee even for a dirty barbecue.
- A 6th bedroom is available at extra cost.
- The prices for this house are based on 10 people. For bookings of 11 to 13 guests, a supplement per person per night will be charged,
- Cleaning service :  ONLY of bedrooms and bathroom (from 2.00 pm, Monday to Friday).
- Bed linen change only on Saturdays
- Change of towels twice a week (bath towels, swimming pool towels, fitness bathrobe)
- Final cleaning is included but an extra fee applies if the property is not left in ‘normal cleaning condition’, especially the kitchen must be free of food, no dirty dishes left, and no dirty barbecue.
