The adjoining dining room allows you to share local specialties in an elegant setting. A wellness area with sauna and relaxation corner, as well as a laundry room, complete the amenities. Outdoors 

The Mediterranean garden stretches over one hectare, planted with cypresses, olive trees, and aromatic herbs, ensuring complete privacy. The swimming pool (18 × 7 m – depth: 0.25 to 2.5 m), surrounded by rocks, fits perfectly into the landscape. Ground‑floor furnished seating areas allow you to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. A traditional pizza oven, charcoal barbecue, vegetable garden, and chicken coop enhance outdoor living. A covered outdoor gym and parking for ten cars are also available. Both children and adults will find in this setting a rare space of freedom.


Staff & Services

The stay includes discreet service: daily cleaning (2h/day, 6 days/week), garden and pool maintenance.
The staff ensures your comfort while respecting your privacy.
Upon request and at an additional cost, extra services can be arranged, such as a private chef, for example.

Perfectly located in Capalbio, the villa offers total immersion in the Tuscan countryside, just 15 minutes from the wild beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea and one hour from Rome Fiumicino Airport.
The medieval village of Capalbio, with its alleys, restaurants, and galleries, is 6 km away.

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
