Indoors
The property is divided into two units, the main villa and the guest house.
The main villa has five master bedrooms (each with its private bathroom) finely furnished with top class materials and design interiors. The two first bedrooms of the main house are located on the ground floor (one with hot tub and double bed, the other with French style double bed and a design bath). The three other bedrooms are on the first floor, each with its own bathroom (with shower and hot tub).
Guests can enjoy a huge kitchen fully equipped for any kind of cuisine where it is possible to arrange tasty dinners with the finest food and wines. There is an elegant dining room with design illumination and a romantic atmosphere. The wonderful living room, with satellite TV, has a typical Tuscan fireplace and a warm atmosphere created by its design and interiors.
In the guest house, there are two suites : one in the ground floor and the other in the first floor with separate access. These bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower and hot tub.
Outdoors
The property is surrounded by wonderful olive trees, ancient oaks and by a 3000 square meters English-style garden.
Guests can enjoy a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside from the pool facing the hills, surrounded by wonderful flowers and vegetation.
The swimming pool (12 meters x 6 - 1,5 meters deep) has a child pool alarm and can be fenced on request.
There is also a barbecue.
Staff & Services
The staff is composed by a concierge responsible, a housekeeper, a gardener and a chef.
The price includes a Maid service (2 h per day except Sundays), the final housekeeping, the change of bedlinen two times per week, a small kit arrival, the provision of baby equipment, the provision of pool towels and pool/garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as breakfasts, lunches and dinners, babysitting service, additional housekeeping, pre-supply of the villa, airport transfers, a car with driver, bikes, massages and personal traning services at the villa.
