On entering the villa, guests will be met with a bright and elegant living room with original 50s marble floors, precious curtains, refined furnishings and a beautiful fireplace. The dining room features a large table that seats 12 people, enhanced by an impressive chandelier above. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is contemporary and functional, and faces an outdoor dining area and barbecue. On the same floor, there are two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the walls inside, the villa's guests can find a beautiful and exclusive selection of images taken by the most important Italian photographers. Art, design, history and tradition merge to offer to the guests an unforgettable experience.
Bedrooms
The Villa has 6 stylish en suite bedrooms + 1 indipendet room for Personal staff of guests. The villa can accommodate 12+2 people
Each suite is furnished with elegant and glamorous furniture. The suites can be doubles or twins, at the guests discretion. All suites have a private en-suite bathroom.
Augusta, Virginia and Cecilia Suites enjoying a beautiful panoramic balcony on the "Valle dei Casali".
- Augusta Suite: double bedroom (king size bed) with balcony. En suite with bath tub and double sinks.
- Domina Suite: double bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom en-suite with bath tub.
- Virginia Suite: double bedroom (queen bed) with balcony and bathroom en-suite with shower. This suite is convertible into twin bedroom.
- Clara suite: Double bedroom (queen bed) with private en-suite.
- Flavia suite: Double bedroom (queen bed) with private en-suite.
- Cecilia Suite: twin bedroom with balcony. This suite is convertible into a double bedroom, the bathroom with shower and double sinks is situated in front of the entrance of the suite.
- Olympia Suite: (staff room) Indipendent entrance from the garden. Twin bedroom with en-suite.

Outdoors
On the lower floor of the villa there is a recreation area where guests can spend their leisure time in total privacy. This floor features a fireplace, a large sofa, and television, a winery with prestigious Italian wines, a pool table, a comfortable workstation with an Apple computer, printer, scanner and fax machine to work in complete autonomy. There is also a fully equipped fitness area with TechnoGym machines, so you can get your exercise fix.
3.300 m² of garden with tall trees, flower beds and a swimming pool, equipped with parasols, sunbeds, small tables and a shower. the kitchen leads to an outdoor dining area overlooking the garden, which is equipped with a barbecue.
The garden has several lounge areas where guests can sit, eat and relax.

- Daily van service to and from historical center (Rome Tridente streets) on fixed schedule (drop around 10am and pick up around 5pm)
Notes
A safety fence around the pool is available on demand if there are kids in the villa, there are gate stairs too.
City tax is not included in the rental rate and it is € 3,50 per day per person, up to 10 days
