Indoors 

Guests will have the chance to experience a stay in a noble palace and feel like real princes and princesses.
Dating back to the beginning of the 13th century, it is currently one of the most significant noble palaces in the Marche region, both for its architectural layout and for its decorations. With its frescoed ceilings, arched vaults and modern furniture, visitors will have an unforgettable stay.
The property comprises 3 luxurious apartments, all with their own entrance, kitchen and bathroom(s).

The Countess' Rooms :
It was originally the place where the Countess spent her time. It has been restored to be a luxury apartment on 3 floors. A venue full of charme and elegance where the 18th-century frescoes have been restored and still today make it one of the most beautiful accommodations in the city of Fermo. Art lovers will be amazed. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (2 double bedroom + 1 single bedroom + 1 single openspace).

La Bottega di Giacomino :
What originally was the keeper’s house, evokes now an historical atmosphere, different than any other place at the palace. It is a spacious and heartwarming space, and its amazing ceiling is characterized by cross vaults which outstandingly intersect and virtually limit each area. The harmonic combination of space division, ancient furniture and precious fabrics provide Giacomino’s work-shop with its aristocratic and fascinating style. This apartment can accommodate 2 + 2 people (1 double bedroom + 1 double openspace).

The Secret Passage :
This loft lets its guests live the special thrill of being hosted in the ancient secret passage of a noble palace. Those rooms, once, linked the noble floors to the rear courtyard so the noble members of the family could get in or out without being noticed. Today, the Secret Passage is a cozy and exclusive loft featuring a modern and brightly coloured kitchen, a small living room which turns into a comfortable bedroom, and a large bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 persons thanks to it double bedroom.


Outdoors​ 

Guests will have access to two private courtyards completely furnished with tables, chairs and loungers. A quiet space where spending time reading a book, working or simply enjoying an italian aperitivo amazed by the historical atmosphere that the can only be felt in a noble palace.


Staff & Services

The price includes bath amenities and provision of baby equipment (on request).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as mid-stay housekeeping, service of a chef, airport transfers, E-bike tour, dinners with chef, boat tours, cooking classes, wine tasting, guided hiking tours, truffle hunting (depending of the season), organization of extra cleanings and ancillary services...
Final housekeeping at the end of the stay is mandatory and not included in the price.
