Villa Rossano was built in 1080 (A.D.) as a lookout tower to defend the Fermo area. This beautiful property, is located in an enchanting setting, nestled inside the Sibillini mountains natural reserve, between Monte Sibilla, the gorge of Infernaccio and the hilltop town of Montefortino. Room, 2nd floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 single bed 80 cm. Bathroom shared, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fan.
Room 3 - La Sibilla - 3 :
Room, 2nd floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom shared, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fan.
Room 4 - L'Infernaccio :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed Queen size, 1 sofa bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also living area, TV.
Note : Room 4 : the sofa bed is actually in the living room of the ground floor apartment.
Indoors
The villa is divided into two apartments : L’Infernaccio, located on the ground floor (able to accommodate 2+2 people), and La Sibilla, located on the first floor (able to accommodate 5 people).
The particular attention given to the materials that make the place unique is immediately striking. Thanks to a careful restoration it has been possible to bring together in perfect harmony elements from the past with modern materials adapting them perfectly to the landscape that surrounds them.
L'Infernaccio :
The ancient architectural elements have been restored and mashed with modern design elements to provide a sense of comfort and elegance. Located on the ground floor, this luxury suite is accessible without having to climb any steps. Guests will find a charming bedroom with a large glass door that leads directly to the garden. There is also a living room with kitchenette, which overlooks a splendid courtyard on the ground floor and a stone balcony with a view of the Infernaccio gorge and the surrounding mountains.
La Sibilla :
This apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a short iron outdoor staircase.
Guests will appreciate the dining room with kitchenette, which opens onto a terrace from which it is possible to enjoy the sun and an incomparable landscape view that frames the Gole dell'Infernaccio and the villages perched on the mountains.
Upstairs there are a single bedroom, a double bedroom with view of the park, and a bathroom with shower.
On the third floor, there is a master double room with private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower and from which at night, by opening the oculus on the ceiling, guests can admire a wonderful starry sky for a unique “Sleep under the starry sky” experience.
Outdoors
The property offers large and beautiful outdoors.
Guests are welcomed by the heart shaped rose garden that leads them to the entrance of the estate. They can fully enjoy the private park of the estate with up to 2 kilometres of private trails embellished by works of landart by international artists (who are hosted at the property during winter months). Around the trails, there are many relaxation area and zen gardens where guests can stop for reading books, sip a glass of wine or simply take advantage of the lookout points to enjoy the
beautiful and peaceful landscape.
They can also enjoy the panoramic pool area, with an 8 x 2.5 metres pool (depth : 1.4 metres), a spacious sundeck with sun loungers, umbrellas and a 6 seats jacuzzi with heated water to chill at night.
The venue has been upgraded with an electric vehicle charging station, all the sources of carbon monoxide have been removed and also the environmental footprint of the villa has been brought to 0.
Staff & Services
The price includes a welcome basket (with wine bottles, cheese, bread, fruit, biscuits, olive oil + a stock of coke, water and sparkling wine in the fridge), bath amenities, provision of pool towels, provision of baby equipment (on request) and garden/pool maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as mid-stay housekeeping, service of a chef, airport transfers, E-bike tour, dinners with chef, boat tours, cooking classes, wine tasting, guided hiking tours, truffle hunting (depending of the season), organization of extra cleanings and ancillary services...
Final housekeeping at the end of the stay is mandatory and not included in the price.
Utilities : 200€ heating in winter and 100€ electricity.

Villa Rossano is located in Montefortino, in the Marche region of eastern Italy.
Guests will be surrounded by landscapes of indescribable beauty, lands rich in history and charm.
Near Montefortino there are many architectural and natural sites to discover, first of all the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell’Ambro, an ancient Marian place of worship among the most important in the Marche Region.
Many trails that are lost among the gentle peaks of the National Park of Monti Sibillini depart in places near the villa.
A trekking highly recommended for charm and beauty (the Gole dell’Infernaccio), starts about 3 km from the property.
