Casa V is an elegant, very well appointed contemporary villa. The house is 10 minutes drive from Ostuni and the beaches. Its open living room offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. The spacious outdoor terrace and swimming pool are a delightful invitation to relax. Each of the four double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with garden or sea views. Daily housekeeping is provided. The unrivaled sunsets in this area go perfectly with a refreshing aperitif or al-fresco dinner.
Indoors
The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The rooms are all suitable for double occupancy. Each room has a bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
The kitchen layout is an invitation to participate in on-site cooking classes, providing the opportunity to discover local cuisine and immerse yourself in a multitude of flavors.
Outdoors
Casa V is located in the countryside of Ostuni, just 10 minutes from the nearest beach. This villa offers stunning sea views and is surrounded by a private garden and olive grove. You can enjoy moments of relaxation by the heated swimming pool, surrounded by deck chairs and parasols.
The swimming pool (chlorine) measures 4 x 10m (depth 1.4m to 1.6m).
Staff and service
The villa offers daily housekeeping service.
You will also benefit from the assistance of an on-site concierge who will be on hand to assist you with your needs. Our Villanovo concierge is always available to help you prepare your stay or assist you during your holidays in Puglia.
Daily change of pool and bath towels is provided, as well as a mid-week change of linens.
Additionally, you will have access to bicycles to explore the surrounding area.

Casa V is ideally located for exploring this region of Puglia.
Brindisi airport is just 45 minutes away by car and Bari airport 60 minutes away.
The villa is 20 minutes from Monopoli, 10 minutes from Ostuni, 20 minutes from Locorotondo and 30 minutes from Alberobello. You will therefore be able to easily discover the neighboring towns and the renowned tourist sites of the region.
The famous marine reserve, Torre Guaceto Reserve, is just 14 km from the villa and here you can enjoy vast stretches of protected sandy coastline and beautiful crystal clear waters.
The nearby town of Ostuni is a beautiful historic old town. There you will find excellent restaurants, shops, food markets and historic buildings to visit.
