Indoors
The house has modern style interiors, comfortable and well-equipped. Guests can appreciate top designer furniture and pleasant living areas such as the large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to its exclusive environments, the villa offers a homely atmosphere, with an extra touch of elegance and constant attention to detail.
There are also two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one guest bathroom.
Outdoors
Visitors will be enchanted by the exposed stone vault of the house, which are typical of Salento. This particularity create an evocative and unique atmosphere.
Villa Angele is surrounded by a typical maquis with more than 300 trees such as secular olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, pomegranate trees, mulberry trees, pear trees, lemon trees, plum and walnut trees. There is also a herb garden.
In the countryside, visitors can admire an old abandoned trullo (traditional Apulian stone dwellings with a conical roof), dating from the proto-historic period.
Guests can also enjoy the heated cascading pool with hydromassage (5 x 8 metres) and its pool area with bar, lounge area, huge couch, pillows, tables and sun umbrellas. On one side of the pool, visitors can appreciate the presence of a bar entirely clad in carrara marble and black marquina marble. This area is covered by a large gazebo (4 x 18 metres) and is equipped with a dishwasher, an ice maker and a fridge.
The pool is heated at an extra cost of 500 euro weekly at a maximum temperature of 26/27 degrees as long as the heating is on 24 hours a day.
Staff & Services
The price includes :welcome basket (red and rose local wines, still and sparkling water, coffee, tea, fresh local bread, local pasta, tomato sauce, taralli, local fresh fruits and vegetables, local cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar), daily cleaning (2 hours - from Monday to Friday), bathrobes at the property, hairdryer in main bathrooms, final cleaning, mid week maid service and change of all linen and towels, luxury toiletries, Internet, utilities, concierge service.
The villa also offers guests the possibility of additional services, such as additional housekeeping, pre-stocking groceries, personal laundry, airport transfer, private driver, babysitter services, chef services or extra linen changing.
Location
The Salento Countryside, with its scents and colours, is easily accessible by air and rails. The property is close to Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and Alberobello. The Brindisi airport is only 20 minutes away. Guests can also discover the White Shores of the Adriatic Coast (15 km) and the Ionian Coast (1 hour).
There is a ferry services to the Greek islands from the port of Brindisi (only 20 minutes away).
All around the estates, visitors can find various farms where it is possible to test and buy traditional and local products of Salento.
Note :
The swimming pool is heated and is open for guests’ private use. Weekly heating cost: 250 euro. The pool can reach a maximum temperature of 25/26 degrees. The Villa is rented with the possibility of heating the pool from October to the end of April. Of course, on request, guests may also request pool heating during the warmer months.
