Villa Naxos

In summary

Built in the second half of last century, the villa was the summer residence of the noble woman Grazia Masaracchio, a descendant of Scanderbeg, a heroic fighter of 1400. The Estate has a great personality thanks to Grazia Masaracchio who drew the design of the villa, set in the gulf of the ancient Greek colony of Naxos, on the black rocks that creep in the crystalline sea.  Concerning the location of the Villa, once again, the villa answers many desires and proof that it can be the houses of all your dreams for an unforgettable stay. The lovely setting in the sea of ​​Taormina, near the rocks, and also not far away from the Etna, make the villa an unrivaled location.


Indoors 

Painter of great talent she dedicated herself to the house, with its outstanding views.
In life, she wanted to donate the house to her favorite niece Liliana, which with their character, renewed tastefully all interior and exterior, making the house elegant, comfortable and equipped with every comfort.

The estate is separated in two apartments.

- Main apartment with 7 sleeps :
First Floor: 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with ensuite shower and bath room, 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite
Shower Room, 1 double, 1 bathroom-shower, 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower room.
First floor: large living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bath, terrace with outdoor dining area overlooking the sea.
Basement sea level: laundry room with bathroom, wellness / fitness area with 1 bath, emotional shower, massage room and
small gym.

- Secondary apartment (annex building) 6 sleeps :
Basement sea level: living room, 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite shower room, one double bedroom (king size bed) with separate dressing room, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom (without window). 


Outdoors​ 

Finally, you will find outside many features that you will be able to enjoy during your stay: a veranda, terraces, garden, swimming pool, solarium. The garden also furnish tables, chairs, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, everything to fully enjoy the sun. Moreover, and it's one of the main added value of the villa, there is a direct access to the sea from the Villa. 


Staff & Services

Notes on what is included : CONSUMPTION OF WATER, GAS COOKING GAS AND HOT WATER, AND ELECTRICITY (including HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING) to the limit max of 595 kWh for a total of 7 nights / 8 days (consumption measured on the three time slots meter ENEL - band A1-A2-A3) or 85 kWh / day on 7 nights, electricity consumption above 595 kWh/week (85 kwh/day) to be paid at €0,70 per kWh, BASIC HOUSEKEEPING: every other day for Nr. 3 hours / day.
