Indoors

To enter the villa, you will have to go through the outdoor covered terrace that extends the width of the villa.
The inside of the house has stone walls and burnished terracotta tiles in the living and dining rooms. The living areas are spacious and bright thanks to the large French window letting the sun enters all day long. You can have a direct access to a covered patio. The dining room has brick walls and a beautiful ceiling with curved arches.
The  kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect to try to cook some Italian meals together.
On the first floor of the villa there are four bedrooms with their own shower bathroom.
Three others bedrooms ensuite with bath are on the second floor.
There is a guest house with a bedroom for two.


Outdoors

The swimming pool is surrounded by a big and beautiful well kept garden. You can relax on the deckchairs around the pool or in the numerous terraces and sunny spots of the property : the veranda with sofas and chairs, the several the dining outdoor tables, or the patio.
There is a path around the garden with a huge terracotta urns and glass jars inspired by Fiumara D’Arte (River of Art) collection.
Directly from the outside, you can enjoy the spectacular and unique view.

- The pool is open to guests from end of March to early November.
- The price includes : a welcome pack, guardian service, garden and pool maintenance, a mid-week cleaning, a mid-stay change of linen and towels (for bookings of more than one week. Weekly changes of sheets and towels are included for multi-week bookings), end-of-stay cleaning, tourist tax.
- Electricity and air conditioning : 400 kWH included. €0.30 per additional kWh.
