You'll love spending time on the terrace or enjoying lunch on the veranda, which has been converted into a dining area. And if you manage to get away from this little paradise from time to time, the region is generous with things to see and do.


Bedrooms

Room 1 - Main house - 1 :
Room, Ground level, access to the veranda. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower.

Room 2 - Main house - 2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower.

Room 3 - Suite :
Suite with 2 bedrooms, Ground level. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 double bed. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also Sauna, kitchenette.


Indoors 

The bright, airy villa is laid out on a single level. A charming living room and dining area look out to the sea through large windows. The small but well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your vacation. The master double bedroom has a sea view, while the second bedroom overlooks the garden. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room.
Next to the main house is a charming suite. Pleasant and bright, this small apartment is ideal for a couple seeking a little more privacy. Large bay windows allow you to admire the garden and the sea. On the side, the furnished, shaded veranda with sea view is perfect for relaxing moments. Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bed, a small kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.


Outdoors​ 

The property enjoys an exceptional location. With its waterfront garden and luxurious Jacuzzi ideally placed for admiring the sea and coastal cliffs, this charming villa welcomes you to a heavenly setting.
Just outside the house, the sunny patio is perfect for soaking up the sun's rays.
A small door leads directly from the garden to the sea. Take a staircase carved into the stone to reach a delightful bay that seems to be there just for you. Swim in its sparkling waters. Important note: You enter the sea via a pontoon - there is no beach.


Staff & Services

The price includes welcome pack, jacuzzi and garden maintenance, garbage collection, change of bed and bath linen (for stays of more than a week), final cleaning and tourist tax.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as daily cleaning service, extra change of linen, grocery delivery...


Location

The villa is ideally located for exploring south-east Sicily. With its incredible beaches, magnificent towns and sublime natural landscapes, it is a dream destination!
