Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office area, private terrace.


Indoors 

This charming single-storey house is south-facing and has very pleasant interiors.
It comprises a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (opening onto the living room and terrace/pool), 3 bedrooms (all opening onto the outside) and 2 bathrooms.
For your comfort, all rooms are air-conditioned.


Outdoors 

Immersed in typical Sicilian countryside, the 4,000m2 plot on which the villa is set offers absolute privacy and peace and quiet, with no onlookers and a lovely 180-degree sea view. The house is on the edge of a road surrounded by exceptional Mediterranean vegetation.
You can enjoy the garden, two terraces (one at the front with sun loungers and garden furniture, and one at the rear alongside the bedrooms) and a beautiful infinity pool (9 x 3m - Depth: 1 to 2.5m - secured by alarm).


Staff & Services

A concierge will welcome and assist you during your stay.
The price includes the provision of basic necessities: body products (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion), coffee (Nespresso machine and ground coffee for mocha), tea, salt/pepper, olive oil, etc. A bottle of Sicilian wine will be offered on arrival.
A baby kit is also available (cot with mattress and linen/sheets and high chair).
The villa also offers you the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra cost, such as a cleaning service during the stay, baby sitting, transfers (airport and station), etc.

The villa is just a 5-minute drive from the pretty village of Pozzallo, where you'll find restaurants, beaches, water sports, beach clubs, a port (with fast transfers to Malta)...
You'll be at the heart of the Baroque route, allowing you to visit some of Sicily's pearls in the immediate vicinity: Noto, Modica, Syracuse, Sicli, Ragusa...
