Indoors 

The house has been carefully renovated, in accordance with the environmental friendly philosophy, and following the highest level of quality standards in terms of design.
Guests can enjoy a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen located under the old loggia at the ground floor. Through the glass doors it is possible to observe the breathtaking panorama of the valley, the hills, and the city of Arezzo.
The villa features five ensuite bedrooms in total (two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the upper floor).

Outdoors​ 

Guests can enjoy the private pool (8 x 6 metres), surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and accessible only from the house’s loggia or the elegant glass doors both located on the ground floor.
Thanks to the proximity of the pool with the living room and the kitchen, it is possible to enjoy the nature surrounding the villa while having a peaceful poolside dinner.

Staff & Services

The price includes a welcome dinner for the day of arrival (weekly stays only), a welcome basket with local and organic products for breakfast (for the day after arrival), a midweek and weekend cleanings with the change of linen and towels (weekly stays only) and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services, such as additional housekeeping, extra change of line and towels or extra beds.

The property is only 7 km from the centre of Arezzo and the main amenities are easily accessible.
