This ancient 17th century building became a luxurious villa located in the middle of Tuscan countryside. There are modern amenities in a traditional interior decoration, that make the villa charming and unique.

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, view of the mountains. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.


Indoors

On the ground floor, you have the large living spaces with the fully equipped kitchen. Stone is the dominant material with wood. Some of the original wooden doors have been restored maintaining the original style.
The five bedrooms ensuite, all on the first floor, have a Tuscan rustic decoration combined with modern comforts.


Outdoors

Outside, a 2 hectar garden is looked after, with olive trees, biological peach and plum trees. Flowers are also in the garden such as roses, lavanda and rosemary. You have at your disposal a small football field, and a ping pong table.
The big swimming pool is in the middle of the terrace, surrounded by deckchairs. There is a outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your meals in the shade.
