The exterior of the property is just as enchanting as the interior. Loggias at the rear of the villa overlook the old water channels of the mill, still visible today. A large garden around the old central olive tree offers a relaxation area with a wood-burning oven and comfortable seating.
The swimming pool (15 x 7m - Depth: 1.6m), surrounded by greenery and cypress trees, blends perfectly into the Tuscan landscape, with the soothing sound of the river and surrounding hills in the background. The riverside is a veritable oasis for reconnecting with nature, equipped with sun loungers and a table for outdoor socialising.
