Villa Sybille is a beautiful property, renovated in the 2019. It is located in Montecatini Val di Cecina (Pisa), in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, between Volterra and Lajatico (the village of the Maestro Andrea Bocelli). This charming villa, which is set in an estate of over 20 hectares (with vineyards, olive groves and forests), can accommodate up to 10 people.

Indoors 

The house has a capacity of ten/twelve beds and it is composed of two apartments.
The one at ground floor (200 sqm) has three matrimonial bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with hydro-shower), a laundry, a studio, a living room with fireplace, a table for ten people (convertible in a magnificent billiard) and an equipped kitchen.
The first floor comprises two delicious junior suite with matrimonial bedrooms (50 sqm each). One has a little cooking corner (with table for 4 people, fridge, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster, orange juicer). Each of them has a fireplace, an exclusive bathroom and an outdoor terrace with panoramic view.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioners.


Outdoors​ 

Outside, in addition to a wonderful swimming pool (12 mt x 6 mt), there is a barbecue area next to a pergola (with a table for ten people), perfect for open air breakfasts or dinners.
Guests will also appreciate the vegetable garden and the two fantastic sofas from where it is possible to comfortably enjoy the amazing landscape.


Staff & Services

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as private chef for in-house dining, relaxing massages, touristic guides, bike rentals, etc.
The villa can also be used as a wedding venue.

Note : Final cleaning and energy consumption are not included in the prices and will be added.
