Indoors
The estate, which can accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults and 2 children), comprises two buildings, the main villa and its outbuilding.
The property also has additional accommodation for staff.
The large, open, fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, allows you to share convivial moments over a delicious Italian meal.
Outdoors
The villa has several terraces and a large garden with olive trees and vines. The large swimming pool terrace (13+6 x 9+4 - Depth: 0.6 to 1.4 m) with its two Jacuzzi baths and summer kitchen, will allow you to relax and enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet. The garden also features a table tennis table and a pickleball court, a sport that combines tennis, badminton and table tennis and is played in doubles or singles.
Outside is a fully-equipped outdoor fitness area, offering the ideal setting for working out while enjoying the natural beauty of the villa.
Note: Swimming pool open from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.

The price includes the services of a cleaning lady (every morning for two hours).

Villa Amaio is ideally located in Tuscany, between Lucca and Florence, just a five-minute drive from lively villages, bars and shops.
Florence is also only a 30-minute drive away.
