Situated in the Val d'Orcia national park in the Province of Siena between Pienza, Montepulciano and Monticchiello, it has amazing views to Val d'Orcia park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

This is a Tuscan villa fully restored and high stardard property but yet it mantains its simplicity and traditional charm. 
The villa has multiple dining spaces, including two courtyards and there are different spaces inviting to chill. 
Moreover, the property has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and sunshades, table tennis and badminton. 

Solar panels heat the hot water and the pool, and solar electric panels generate up to 5 Kw of electricity.

Located in a priviledged area in Tuscany, very close to major intereste points such as Rome,  Florence, Siena, or the wine areas of Montalcino.

The bedrooms have handmade wrought iron beds, good mattresses, down pillows, generous lighting and hairdryers.
All bedrooms have good quality, quiet ceiling fans.
There is plenty of wardrobe and other storage space for clothes.
Windows have insect screens and internal shutters.
Bathrooms have high quality fittings, excellent lighting and mirrors, good storage space for toiletries and powerful showers.

Fully equipped kitchen with 2 full-sized ovens, microwave oven, 5 ring induction hob, double sink, second sink, dishwasher, marble worktops, espresso machine & food processor.

Staff & Services

Final cleaning
The housekeeper maintains the house, including cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms.
She will tidy the kitchen and do small amounts of washing up only.

Notes

A car is essential.

Our housekeeper and gardener will be working in the house and gardens during your stay. 

Water: The house is on the mains water supply but it is capped at 1,200 litres per day. 

Swimming Pool
The pool will be opened from the beginning of June to the end of September.
It is closed in the evening and opened at about 08.30 in the mornings.

Owner occasionally stays in a small annex 250 meters from the house to work in olive grove.
It is not visible from the main house and has its own separate road access
