The house's interiors have an elegant and refined style. Each room, which is comfortable and softly modern, is combined with the exterior’s settings through big glass windows.
The property offers six suites, each with a different design but with a distinctive style and classic Italian flair. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and has its own bathroom with bath and shower. Their stylish decoration with warm colours gives guests an immediate feeling of well-being.
The two luxury bedrooms and the two studios are located in the main house. These areas are very spacious and have been recently renovated.
The two other flats (with integrated kitchens and amazing views of the whole of Perugia) are in the adjoining house. A wine cellar is also located in this building.

The property offers over 300 square metres of outdoor space with beautifully furnished terraces. Visitors can appreciate various comfortable sofas and unwind in the sun.
Each outdoor space is treated like a unique setting, where the utmost attention is paid to every tiny aspect to make it a jewel, immersed in nature and perfectly integrated with its surroundings.
Guests will also enjoy the stunning infinity pool (20 x 8 metres) with an impressive view over the villa's vineyards, which stretch over 65 hectares (growing a variety of grapes for its exclusive wine collection).
It is possible to taste this selection, for example while sitting next to the pool overlooking the entire of Perugia.
L'Orangerie is the perfect location at the foot of the villa to organize Birthdays, wine tastings and weddings.
