Indoors 

This property was completely restored and furnished in 2021. Architecture, interior design and bespoke furniture, everything has been carefully thought out and designed.
Three smaller houses have been united, offering a main house with 3 bedrooms and an independent double height studio with one bedroom and kitchenette. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms have heated towel rail and hair dryers. 
The property offers various living areas, all fully equipped. The villa has for example underfloor heating ground floor, unlimited WiFi internet access, fly screens and an alarm system.


Outdoors​ 

The villa offers vast outdoors with external lights. 
Guests can enjoy various terrasses, some covered in wisteria or protected by mature fig trees, an outside dining area with a bread oven, a lounge with open fireplace and a panoramic pool (16 x 4 meters).
The pool can be heated at an extra cost.
The property has also a private parking.

Staff & Services

​Maid service 6 days per week, pool service 6 days per week and concierge service are included. The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as chef services, grocery delivery or car with driver.
