The lower floor of the villa is dedicated to entertainment, you will find a cinema room, a TV room, a sauna and a steam room.
Always on the lower floor is an apartment with kitchenette. You can access it from the house or directly from the outside.

On the ground floor you will find the main area of the house, a large living / dining room opening onto the terrace with comfortable sofas, television, fireplace and table for 14 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional.


Outdoors

The large terrace offers several relaxation areas, a shaded outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The private pool of 12m x 6m can be heated on request (additional costs).
