Bedrooms
The house has 4 bedrooms.
2 bedrooms overlook the pool with beautiful landscaped gardens and 2 terraces, lounge space, sofas, sun loungers and tables. Both suites have private terraces and hydromassage bath in one of them.
2 bedrooms are on the front side of the house with a green view of the street in one room and another room is smaller with no view. There is a hydromassage shower next to the bedroom and the other bedroom and suite with a huge dressing room and shower room.
Indoors and outdoors
The kitchen is functional and is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
A few steps down is the open space dining/living area. The dining area is equipped with a table ideal for eight persons and the living area is equipped with a large corner style sofa, a large flat screen TV with cable with multiple UK channels.
From the living room, large French windows lead to the pool terrace where there is a table ideal for al fresco meals. Here there is also a sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an infinity style pool.
On the basement there is a utility room and a TV area with two sofas and a snooker table and table tennis in the garage.
On the roof top there is a Jaccuzi/Hot tub.
The house has wifi, CCTV system connected to the central, video call bell on all floors of the house, air conditioning and central heating throughout the house .
It has automatic shutters with an automatic system to close all the shutters at once.The kitchen has a smoke detector system.

2 barbecue area outdoor dinning area, 1 large typical barbecue at the foot of the pool and another gas barbecue at the foot of the kitchen at the entrance of the house on the patio where barbecues are usually held for lunches and dinners.
There is no private parking but unlimited parking is allowed in front of the property.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from Faro Airport. A short 10-minute walk to the famous Vale de Lobo beach, and just 5 minutes from the tennis court, Royal Golf, supermarket, bars, restaurants, spa, gym, car wash, and more.

Pool and Spa Hours: The pool is available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and the jacuzzi spa can be used from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
