Suite, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, shared, with bathtub, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room, fan.


Indoors

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. The living and dining room is in open space with large windows. There is also 2 bedrooms and 2 suites also on this level. One bedroom is equipped with twin beds which can be put together as a double bed and a drawer bed is found in the same room. The first floor offers a master suite with double bed and walk-in closet. Air conditioning is available on both floors.


Outdoors

Guests will enjoy the private heated pool 12 m x 5 m and it is possible to install a removable pool fenced. Sunbeds place on the side of the pool is at your disposal, to rest and relax. An outdoor dining area is set-up where you can have your barbecue, built-in charcoal. Its large garden has lots of space for children to play. A parking is available.
Heating and pool protection is applicable for stays of 7 nights or more.


Location

The villa is inside the Quinta do Peru Golf, 8 km away from the village of Azeitão, where you can find a reasonably wide range of shops, bakery, butcher, bank, post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, there are nearby fish markets at Sesimbra or Setúbal. The region has excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and the small Swiss roll (tortas) are the specialties of the village. Sesimbra, the closest city, is famous for its fish and shellfish restaurants. Portinho da Arrábida and Lagoa de Albufeira are the closest beaches, 15 minutes by car. For golfers, there are 3 recommended championship golf courses: Quinta do Peru (on-site), Aroeira (15km) and Tróia (20 km). Within a 20 minute drive, several beaches can be reached, such as Lagoa de Albufeira, Praia do Meco or Portinho da Arrábida. This region is known to be a family-friendly destination with the beautiful Serra da Arrábida on the background, so take time to drive or walk through the natural park and find the superb sea views or the Convento da Arrábida, a monastery built on the 16th century.
