The house itself is a large modern villa that oozes style and plenty of home comforts. The villa, split over three levels, is both spacious and welcoming, with lots of room for all the family. Contemporary and stylish décor accentuate each room in the house with a firm focus on comfort and practicality. The large living area makes up most of the ground floor and includes two sitting areas, a dining room and a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen. The outdoor sitting area by the pool can be accessed from the living room via large French windows that fill the interior with light. The ground floor is also home to two bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with two bunk-beds, perfect for children. A modern and spacious bathroom is shared by the bedrooms.
On the upper level, guests can find the impressive master bedroom that is both large and elegant with a stylish ensuite bathroom, separate dressing room, and its own private terrace; a peaceful and private space that is perfect for relaxing. The lower ground floor has two more double bedrooms, a large bathroom, a simple kitchen area, a laundry room, and a games room. It would be ideal for additional guests or teenage children and has its own access to the outdoor grounds.
The exterior of the property is just as impressive as the interior, with a large modern pool, various shaded and open sitting and lounging areas, a barbecue and a separate tented “chill-out” area set back from the rest of the house. The gardens and terraces are all quiet and secluded, with lovely views of the ocean or the surrounding sierra, offering guests a peaceful haven in what is known as a vibrant part of Southern Spain.
Accommodation and Facilities: Ground Floor: Living room with access to the exterior terrace and swimming pool. Living room has two seating areas; one in front of the open fireplace with an L-shaped sofa to seat 8 and a leather sofa with matching easy chair. Flat screen TV in the corner with DVD, Bosch Music System, iPod docking station and WiFi internet. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs to seat 8 and the fully equipped kitchen with access to the exterior front terrace contains: an electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, American style fridge / freezer with ice and drinks dispenser, 2nd fridge, dishwasher. On the ground level there are 2 bedrooms: one twin bedroom with private furnished terrace and children's bedroom with full-sized bunk beds. Both rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet on this level.
First Floor: Master double bedroom suite with king size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), private terrace, walk-through dressing room and adjoining ensuite bathroom: Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in shower.
Lower Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds pushed together (0.90m x 1.90m) and one double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. On this level there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, a drier, a second freezer and a games room with basic kitchen facilities such as a fridge, a microwave and a large screen TV with Wii games console.
Grounds: Filtered swimming pool (10m x 5m x 1.6m deep) accessed by steps, with underwater lighting. Garden with sun beds and shaded terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining and garden furniture. The house has garage parking and electronic security gates.
