Moonlit BB is a 500-square-meter contemporary property in the hills above Moraira, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the silhouette of the Peñón de Ifach. It is rented out as a private hotel: a single group occupies the entire property (rooms, pool, spa, gym, lounges, and terraces) and enjoys hotel-style service.
Surrounded by greenery in a quiet hillside neighborhood, the house is not overlooked. In the evening, the lighting can be set to different colors to create a more relaxed atmosphere around the infinity pool and hot tub.

All six bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and a view of the sea. Three are located upstairs, and two are on the pool level. The sixth bedroom is in the 33 m² standalone apartment, which has direct access to the garden: bedroom, walk-in closet, fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, and air conditioning.
Indoors
The house features two large living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens (on the main level and the pool level). The private spa features a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area, and a fitness center is available. A movie theater, an art gallery, and an activity room round out the common areas; the gallery and activity room are reserved for activities organized with the hotel staff.
Lower level: laundry room, living room with dining area, kitchen open to the dining room and living room.
Main Level: entryway, living room with a large leather sofa facing the ocean, open kitchen, dining room with a table for 12 people, coat closet, and guest restroom.
Upper Floor: wide hallway with a library and minibar.
Fiber-optic internet also allows you to work or hold a meeting on-site.
Outdoors
The terraces and balconies are furnished with high-quality outdoor furniture and UV-protective awnings. The living room opens onto the heated, chlorine-free pool and the outdoor hot tub. To the right of the pool, a barbecue area (with a gas grill and wood-fired oven) under a pergola can accommodate up to 10 people. The house also features a restroom and an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), as well as indoor and outdoor yoga areas.

The property is located in Moraira, in an area with a mild microclimate. The rocky beach at Cala L’Andrago is 3 km away, and the sandy beach at L’Ampolla is 5 km away.
