Room 3 - 10.8m2 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Room 4 - 18m2 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, safe.

Room 5 - 6.9m2 :
Room, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 single beds 80 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Room 6 - 7.5m2 - Staff or kids bedroom :
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds 80 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also safe, fan.

Note : 
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 offers a Cadaqués view.
- Bedroom 6 is a Staff or kids bedroom.


Indoors

The interior of the house is characterised by its open, bright design with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the outdoor patio. The living room is a cosy, convivial space with a fireplace, sofas, armchairs and coffee tables. Divided from the living room by a bookcase, you will find a dining room that can seat up to 14 people. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a grill, barbecue and TV. A further lounge with TV and children's games is on the lower floor, as is a laundry room with washing and ironing facilities.


Outdoors

The appeal of the villa lies in its sprawling exteriors, which offer spectacular views and direct access to the sea. The garden and pool surrounded by glass windows are perfect for cooling off in the Spanish sunshine. An outdoor dining and relaxation area allows you to enjoy the breathtaking scenery all day long. Secure car parking with direct access to the beach and quay adds further convenience.

Villa Xavi is ideally located on the Cap de Creus peninsula in Cadaques, one of the most popular destinations on Girona's Costa Brava. Surrounded by the Cap de Creus nature park, the villa offers natural beauty and a rocky coastline dotted with sandy beaches and quiet coves. The town is home to the Salvador Dali House Museum and a wealth of cultural and historical heritage. Restaurants, taverns, shops and local services are plentiful, offering guests the opportunity to sample the local cuisine and mingle with the locals.
